The Leader

Leaders are needed everywhere. No matter a company, a country, or a family all need someone to lead. At first, as a leader must be honest. Nobody wants a leader who is a cheat. Of cause, pretentious cannot be accepted. An autocratic boss cannot own a real corporation. Just like a tyrant cannot own loyal people. Seriously, a real leader must have the special perspective, a smart brain, tolerant heart, good relationship, wonderful communication skill and virtuous behavior. A leader drives whole group’s belief, and a group reflects leader’s ability.
