The Especial Food

China is a lickerish nation. There are different characteristics in different place. Like Sichuan is famous for eating monkey brain and snake, Shenzhen is famous for eating mouse, the east part of China people always eat chicken or duck brain, and some other places like to eat scorpion or some insects. I once ate the snake and the starfish and this was a very greatly challenge to me. The snake meet is to peel off the skin and to roast. The taste is a little sour and strange. The starfish is ok, nothing especial. When I was young, once I went to my aunt’s house, she cooked the grasshoppers for me, and I looked that dish felt absentminded. Sometime I went to a restaurant and order snails, but I never have brave to eat them. Some people eat frog, dog, neddy, chrysalides even though the moth. In hence, I will try more, never lose the chance to enjoy eating.
